Services

  • The Company provides business management consulting services, including but not limited to strategic planning, operational analysis, and advisory support.

  • Services are customized based on information provided by the Client. The accuracy and success of outcomes depend on the Client’s cooperation and timely participation.

No Guarantee of Results

  • Consulting services are advisory in nature. While we strive to provide accurate recommendations, we do not guarantee specific results, financial outcomes, or performance improvements.

  • Implementation of recommendations remains the sole responsibility of the Client.

Fees & Payment

  • All fees are outlined in the engagement agreement or invoice.

  • Payment is due as specified in the agreement. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional fees.

Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the engagement.

  • Confidentiality does not apply to information that is publicly available or required to be disclosed by law.

Intellectual Property

  • All materials, reports, strategies, or tools developed by the Company remain the property of [Your Company Name], unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables solely for their internal business purposes.

Limitation of Liability

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the specific services in question.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice, subject to the terms of the signed agreement.

  • Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

Website Use

  • Clients and visitors agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to gain unauthorized access or using it for unlawful purposes.

  • Content on the website is provided for informational purposes and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
