Refund Policy
To protect the integrity of our services and the resources invested in each engagement, YND Enterprise LLC maintains a strict No Refund Policy:

All Payments Are Final
Payments for consulting services, strategy sessions, reports, or ongoing advisory engagements are non-refundable once confirmed or services have commenced. -
Service Delivery
Consulting services involve professional expertise and intellectual property that cannot be returned or resold. Accordingly, all deliverables and time allocated remain billable and non-refundable. -
Rescheduling or Credit
Clients may request to reschedule sessions or apply a credit toward future services if notice is provided at least 3 business days in advance, subject to approval. -
Client Responsibility
The effectiveness of services depends on the client’s participation, cooperation, and timely implementation of recommendations. Dissatisfaction with results due to lack of follow-through is not grounds for a refund. -
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in cases where services were not delivered at all due to circumstances directly attributable to YND Enterprise LLC.
